M.A.P.T. Conference and Trade Show

The 48th Annual M.A.P.T. Conference and Trade Show will be held July 9-12, 2013 at the Holiday Inn Select Hotel and Convention Center in Columbia, Missouri.

MAPT will again this year offer a Continuing Education Grant to allow a qualified individual who aspires to a career in pupil transportation the opportunity to attend the Annual Conference and Trade Show.  The grant will cover travel to and from the conference site, lodging and meals during the dates of the conference, conference registration and the fees associated with attendance at any of the NAPT-PDS/SNT workshops offered as part of the conference program. NAPT member dues and certificate fees will be the responsibility of the applicant.

If you have such a candidate in your organization, he or she may apply for the grant, with your endorsement/recommendation, by completing the form found here.

Directions for online PDS/SNT credit and certificate registration

To Register: Visit the PDS/SNT registration link by clicking,

or by clicking on the “Event Registration” tab on the NAPT home page, www.napt.org, and selecting the event’s PDS/SNT certificate registration link. Please read through the registration details displayed. When ready to purchase PDS/SNT credit and certificates you may click on “Register for this Event” at the bottom of the page and follow all prompts to register.

 

For NAPT Members: All individuals who currently have a NAPT membership or profile in our system may login using their information. If you are unsure of your login or would like to check and see if you have a profile established in the NAPT system, please contact NAPT at 800-989-6278.

 

For non NAPT members or website visitors: If you are not a NAPT member or do not have a profile setup in the database, please click the link “New Visitor Registration” on the login page and proceed with entering your contact information. The non member fee for PDS course credit and course completion certificate is $50/course. If a non NAPT member would like to receive the NAPT member pricing of $15/course, they may first purchase NAPT membership via the Online Store (https://netforum.avectra.com/eweb/Shopping/Shopping.aspx?Logoff=Yes&Site=NAPT)

and then proceed with the PDS/SNT registration to receive the reduced pricing. For districts and companies who will have more than one individual joining NAPT, please consider joining under the Group Membership option. This membership allows each individual to receive NAPT Individual Membership benefits at a reduced pricing. Once logged in or newly registered, you may proceed with the certificate registration. A registration is successfully submitted once a confirmation number is displayed at the end of the checkout process. An emailed confirmation and receipt will also be sent. Once your course attendance is verified and payment is received in full, credit will be issued and course completion certificates will be mailed to the attendee.

The 2013 MAPT Conference and Trade Show will be held July 9-12 at the Holiday Inn Select Hotel and Convention Center in Columbia, Missouri.  The Trade Show is scheduled for Wednesday, July 10 from 3:00 to 7:00 pm, providing ample opportunity for you to meet and talk with current and prospective customers – literally hundreds of key decision-makers in pupil transportation from around the state as well as several surrounding states. 

At the 2012 Trade Show, the members and exhibitors attended and displayed at one of the biggest events in our history. We are growing each year and our Business Partners are a vital part of the growth.  These packets include detailed trade show information, registration form and floor plan.
