Ken Mulder, Director of Transportation for Special School District of St. Louis County, was re-elected as the Region 4 Director of NAPT.  Ken is beginning his second three-year term on the NAPT Board.  He ran unopposed and was re-elected by acclamation at the NAPT Summit in Kansas City in early November.  Ken holds a Certified Director of Pupil Transportation (CDPT) credential from the National Association for Pupil Transportation (NAPT).
